Family Health Expo 2021

We had a fun and exciting time participating in this year's Family Health Expo. There was truly something for everyone...music, food, and fun for all ages. The weather was great for Northeast Florida and the bugs were no where in sight. Helping Through The Arts was is the Kids Zone and the kids were excited to paint with us. It was fun to see how excited they were after finishing an art project. What a boost to their confidence level!
